Reviews
"I am putting this review after my third or fourth experience of getting food products that forms mold (fungus) way before it's expiry date (even on keeping them refrigerated) Items: Garlic baguette, whole meal tortilla wrap, Canned chickpeas, Bread loaf"
"Good Aldi selection-wise but checkouts are always a long wait."
"We have Aldi in the states and it isn't anything like this, so if you have been to one there, don't go in thinking it will be like that. I wasn't expecting it to be so nice! It is a full on grocery store. They have meat and vegetables along with a huge frozen food section. The parking lot is tiny and if you are an inexperienced driver in this country, like I am, it's a little intimidating, but manageable. The store is clean, brightly lit, well stocked, and very organized. The checkout lane moved super fast and the man that ran the register I went through was nice. You have to bring your own bags and bag your own groceries. If you forget, they do have some bags you can purchase right at the register."
"Very bad costumer service. Stand in the queue with green light on ,ask by the checkouts operator to move to till no 1 with red light on. When on the till told this till is closed now. Back to till no 3 and wait 5 minutes. Staff waiting for a manager - some issue with refund...ask the staff how long will take cause I'm in the hurry.no answer. No apologies. After 5 minutes , when finally my shopping should be scanned next- she just left me without a word and after 2 minutes someone else login to the till. Then previous checkout operator back to my till and have a chat wit her colleague totally ignored me."
"Recently refurbished, there's a focus on fresh food and it's great now with a long line of chilled display cabinets. Only grumble is that the aisles are quite narrow, so even one customer with a trolley who stops to take something from a shelf can cause a hold up!"
