When I rang they said they had no record of my message, which was sent through their website. I was then told to send and email to them and they would get onto dewalt and see what would be done. Months later I have still not head from them and I'm left with a drill which won't drill holes. Stay well away from these cowboys *** I have bought a number of items off ye so i find it very hard if my details aren't on your system.
