"Really friendly service, visited the store without any intention of buying anything but I just wanted to try out a scooter, end up actually buying one in the end as I was allowed to try it on the pavement outside/ get a proper feel of it. Only down side is the shop is currently closed off so it's like post office style - you can see items behind the staff, but can't actually walk in the store. However, this is understandable as it shows they're taking social distancing/ public health awareness seriously, especially considering the store is likely to have lots of kids running around wanting to touch everything. Very happy with the service, and the prices are decent too!"

We had a problem with fitting some news bars to my son's scooter, phone the shop, they phoned back when they said they would and then sorted the problem the following day when we returned. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great customer service is a rarity these days, well done for providing it."
