"Knowing what I wanted but not knowing much about it, I needed a good ol' fashioned sales assistant who would fill in the details without trying to sell me the entire stock list, a warranty on everything and new truck to take it home (okay a bit over the top but you know what I mean) and in Milletts, she exists. Product knowledge, a cheery attitude, a sense of humour and willing to search the stock room for the right size. Sorted!"
