"The house is in a great location with easy access to motorway links via Jct 47 of the M4. We found the house well equipped, lots of cupboard space in the kitchen, plenty of crockery and utensils, free WiFi with no connectivity issues, and smart TVs in the living room and each of the bedrooms. The hosts, who manage the property, are extremely responsive. They also regularly contacted us to keep us up to date with dates for private bin collections and garden maintenance. There are a few minor things that could be improved (listed to be helpful, not as a criticism): 1) The house is a bit 'tired' - internal walls could be painted as there are lots of scuff marks. 2) More storage space in the bedrooms, even under bed storage, would be good. This won't be an issue for short stays but we booked for 10 weeks while waiting for our onward purchase to complete and we brought a lot of clothes with us (the amount you would typically use if properly living somewhere). 3) The decking is an actual hazard and turns into an ice rink when wet. Unfortunately, it took me falling over and landing hard to find this out. 4) The sofa isn't the most comfortable (arm rests are hard) and the seats are quite shallow but this is probably down to the fact it's a pull out sofa bed. As I said earlier, the house itself is great and the management company team are fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay and it provided the perfect solution while we were in between houses."

"Stayed here for a month whilst on a placement in Morriston hospital. Location is good as it’s just off the motorway and has off street parking for 2 cars. The house was clean when we arrived however only 2 beds were made despite renting the whole house. When it came to washing our bedding there was no tumble dryer and the weather was not good enough to dry the bedding outside so we asked for a fresh set and were told this would cost £55 which I think is ridiculous as you can buy a new set for this price. The garden was also very over grown which was a shame."

"So disappointed with this - cost nearly £900 for a week and had severe damp in the two main rooms and the 'garden' is a state. So much so that the company agreed to move us once we had shown them the photos. Not a good experience."
