"I booked online and pressed cut+styling and the only option said boho blowdry but because it said "cut+styling" I expected the cut to be apart of the piece for 35 euro. I payed the 3.50 deposit and got the email that the rest I had to pay at the appointment was 31.50, at the beginning of the appointment I said yeah wash cut and blowdry and she didn't say anything to me, at the end she told me I had to pay 57.50.. I told her I pressed cut+styling on the website and that was the only option and she still made me pay 57.50 on top of my deposit so and she didn't even give me boho it was blowdried straight. 61 euro for a basic haircut and blowdry ridiculous"

Staff is very friendly and helpful and I'm always happy with the style , blow dry and colour , very well recommended place , I had my wedding hair done last July couldn't be more happy , thank you I will retrieve my above message. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing, disgraceful behaviour from the staff members, unprofessional ppl are working at the reception, booked my hair appointment 2 weeks ago but went sick rang yhose idiots to change an appointment but when it came in turns out I wasn't in the system, wouldn't recommend unprofessional staff at the reception, awful treating customers. I should be going there before and get you all sick. Wouldn't go near that place ever again"
