"Shocking service, having had my eyes tested recently and bought reading glasses I requested my prescription to purchase specialist glasses on line and needed pupil distance which they are required to provide when requested. On phoning the shop they said yes it was no a problem only to be told by the assistant manger that they could not provide this because of GFPR, when challenged about this she rapidly changed it to saying that if they gave me this information it might be wrong and they would be responsible and the changed her argument again to not being able to provide this because I had not purchased long distance glasses from them. Finally they contacted the previous specsavers I had been to for this information and provided me with the information which had been provided by a phone call which is more likely to cause errors. I will not be going back there again"
