"I would give zero stars if possible. The customer service in this salon is appalling and I would never give them any business again. They failed to update their website and booking system over Xmas, meaning I was able to book an appointment on a day that it transpired they weren't actually open. Google also said that the salon would be open, however, when I arrived for my appointment low and behold the salon was closed. These things happen, and the measure of a business is how they handle mistakes. Well, they couldn't have cared any less. They didn't apologise, they didn't respond to attempts at communication and management even refused to speak to me. I am genuinely shocked at how poorly they handled the situation, how poorly they responded, or didn't respond, and how poorly they treated me. I will never go back."

"First time I went here got a nice lash lift from Parwinder. Parwinder was brilliant!! But second time someone else did my lashes apparently the manager and ruined them, no offer to relax them, too curly too even put mascara on they curled round to my eyelid, I ask for medium curl. Also she asked if I’d consider getting my eyebrows done or acne treatment even though I didn’t ask which felt rude. So I’m left with horrible eyelashes and nothing can be done about it. All I was offered was a voucher, waste of time and money and have to have lashes like this coming to Christmas period"

"Terrible experience. Went for shellac refills and the staff were unaware I had an appointment and questioned if I was at the correct salon even though I had the email confirmation. The nail tech had just started with a different client so a different member of staff started to file the shellac off my nails. She filed my first nail so much it started to bleed. She then called another member of staff over and asked her to take over and informed me she was “in training”. It was very obvious that this girl had never removed shellac before as she didn’t even know how to hold the nail file. Once again my nail was filed so much it bled. She then proceeded to put acetone on the nails that were bleeding which was very uncomfortable. Finally when the nail tech had finished with the other client I moved over to her table. She informed me that due to the state of my nails from the filing she would be unable to apply shellac to them as they were now too damaged. I never received any apology and found this very unprofessional. I must say however that Maria the nail tech was very pleasant and I could tell she was embarrassed by the situation although it was not her fault."

"Have come here twice now, once for eyebrow threading and lash lift and second time for acrylic removal with shellac. Honestly could not be more pleased with the services , have gotten several compliments on my lashes since getting them done. Ladies are so lovely to deal with and very reasonably priced. Salon is very well kept and I thoroughly enjoyed both experiences and would recommend them to anyone. Looking forward to my next visit :)"
