"Awful experience, went with a prescription which included four items that were identical and on the same prescription and was told I had to pay for four prescription fees. Refused to pay and looked up the guidance online which clearly showed I had to only pay a single prescription fee. Printed said guidance off and took in and the sunglasses wearing pharmacist said "you said you were going to another pharmacy....go to another pharmacy!!!" Boots honoured the single prescription price. The sunglasses wearing pharmacist would be ideal for running a flat roof pub!"
