They expected me to still go up for my retest today even knowing I have Covid and how sick I was on the phone today looking to rebook ,but the woman on reception woukdht do anything or suggest anything. I now have to pay the full amount again even though I addressed the 2 issues and the van would have passed. No mind as I'm reporting you to whoever oversees this cvrt. I even tried to book earlier than today but she was no help then either. Use this place at your own peril. Even the garage I took my van back to said the track rod arm you failed me on was fine as they had replaced the other one and checked that one too. The spring fair enough but not that track rod arm. Sure you only failed me on those 2 things so you could hardlly only fail me on one. So your failing people on picky things also. So beware anyone planning to use this place anywhere. Go somewhere else."
