"Went to get a quick valet for the car. Was greeted with terrible attitude from the manager, telling me not park in the bay. He is only allowed to do it. Never knew you had to be a “professional” to park a car. The guys did a good job but It was a lot more expansive than it used to be (double the price) but I just wanted it done. Cost €35 for the cheapest valet. Last time I was there it was €15."

"My fiancé had a lot of trouble with this guy , I waited outside with my two dogs in the rain & stepped foot in to ask my fiancé for the keys & he rudely told me I can’t be in there with dogs . Not very friendly or accommodating! I see by previous reviews he tends to get into a lot of arguments with his customers . Avoid at all costs we will never return to him his name is dimitri"

"Rip-off and poor quality. Went there as car was loosing coolant (mentioned that the thermostat was replaced a short while ago and might be the cause). On collecting the car after so-called diagnostic, I was told it’s water pump leaking as it was wet in the region the water pump located, thermostat is fine, he said. Despite my intention to have the work done at this place, he, Dmitry- the owner of the place, charged me 50 euro for the visual diagnostic which probably took under half an hour and suggested to have water pump and timing belt replaced at 380 euro on top of that.. I said nothing back and went to a different garage to have the work done (water pump and timing belt replacement). Shortly I got a call back and was told the water pump is completely ok, the leak was coming under thermostat. Paid there for the whole lot and came back to the Total Car Care (Dmitry), asking him to give 50 euro back as his expensive “diagnostic” was wrong eventually. What I heard back from him you can read in his replies to the other reviewers: he called me “100%” liar, trying to convince me that he knows about cars much more then other mechanics do, was insisting me to prove what I said and all that in absolutely impolite demanding manner without giving me a chance to insert a word into his speech. Was saying how good he is as he could make me pay much more like others do but he didn’t and so on.. I would strongly recommend to stay away from this place as I doubt that the person with such an attitude to customers, for whom the reputation isn’t worth even 50 euro can offer satisfactory service."
