"I recently had an issue with the auxiliary heating on my F30 330e. I contacted Bloomfield Motors and dealt with Dylan who responded quickly and booked me in the following week. It took a couple of visits to get the problem resolved but Dylan remained responsive throughout and the issue was sorted on the second visit. A couple of days later I had a coolant leak in the auxiliary system and had to get the car towed back to Bloomfield. Dylan remained responsive and honest, admitting that the coolant leak was likely caused by the previous repair. These things can happen but how they're dealt with makes all the difference. I was really impressed with Bloomfield's ownership and quick resolution of the issue, without any fuss or hassle. Great customer service is easy when things go well, but the true test is when things don't go according to plan. Dylan and Bloomfield Motors excelled in this regard, providing responsive and honest communication throughout. I would highly recommend them for BMW diagnostics and repairs, as I know they stand over their work."

I originally bought my car off Sean last July, I told him what I was looking for, he went and found it then delivered it to my door. This time around I booked in with Dylan in the service department for my annual service and Pre-NCT check. I’m so glad to have found a garage I can trust. Would highly recommend their services to anyone."

"I dropped my car in on a Wednesday morning, around 8.50. I was told their was no appointments until Friday, however they will try and squeeze my car in on Thursday. Fair enough. I left my car keys with the receptionist as I was getting the car picked up by my partner to bring it back home, who picked it up 25 minutes later. I got a call at 5pm on the same Wednesday from Sean, saying my car was up on a ramp that morning, and long story short it would cost €1050 to fix. The work that was needed was that the splash shield underneath was cracked (my car was making a weird noise and this was the cause of it seemingly), but they also said my shocks needed to be replaced and I needed new brake discs. I was shocked by this price, as my car only passed NCT 3 months before and it doesn’t do much driving. I knew my break discs were a little rusted from the last service I got a few months previous, but mechanically they were perfect so I knew immediately that I was being overcharged so I was going to bring my car elsewhere. On Thursday morning, I cancelled my appointment. Thursday afternoon, I received a call from Sean asking if I needed another appointment which I declined. He then informed me that I owed €90 for 1 hours labour. I was shocked by this… as to be fair it was good of the garage to have a look a quick look at it.. but it was definitely not 1 hours labour. It was closer to 5 minutes labour based on the amount of time the car was in the garage. (I dropped the car to the garage at 8.50, it was picked up 25 minutes later at 9.15 the same morning, based on dashcam footage). I told Sean this, and I ended up paying half the price (€45) as I was very clear with how long the car was in the garage. The following week, I brought my car to a local garage. In summary, the only issue with my car was a CRACKED MUDGUARD. The mechanic in the other garage that I went to did not even charge to fix it as he was able to fix it on the spot in a few minutes, and also had a look at the rest of the car and said it was 100%, the shocks were perfect and the break discs were ok for another year.. but they will need to be replaced eventually. In summary, the car would pass NCT tomorrow once he fixed the mudguard. Yet Bloomfield recommended I spent €1050 on my car. Shocking. Bloomfield did give me the option of spending €250 euro on only fixing the “splash shield” …. But again the damage was so minor, a different garage didn’t charge me a penny. I hate leaving negative reviews, but I feel it’s needed as this is the second time I have been overcharged by Bloomfield motors . I do not recommend going to Bloomfield motors, as they will 100% overcharge. I definitely will not be returning."

"Checked Google for the best independent BMW service in Dublin and as usual, Google is correct. Brought the car to Sean for an assessment following a collision and he was fantastic. Absolute gentleman and really knows his stuff. I will be back."
