"About 6 months ago I put on 4x new tires and took the car to this workshop to set the alignment. When I picked up the car I was assured by the owner of the garage that the alignment was set and that I could confidently drive. I paid but did not receive any confirmation or receipt. I drove the car for 6 months, in the meantime the front tires and one rear were damaged by the wrong alignment of the convergence. I called the garage and told them about the situation, the owner immediately said that it's definitely not their fault. I told him that I have already bought 4x new tires but that I will hold off with putting them on until they set the alignment properly first. I waited a week to get an appt, finally I got one and took my car there at 9 am, it was meant to take 1 hour. I waited until 3 pm for a phone call. When I finally called them, they said they would call me back in 15 mins. Someone then called and told me to come pick up the car. When I arrived, they said that they checked my suspension and that it was in very good condition. On top of that, they said it was necessary to set the convergence which they did not do because they said I had to change the tires first and billed me €95. I will add that I know cars very well and I immediately told the owner that my car was in great condition except for the alignment which I came there to do. Then without informing me, he performed a service that I did not ask for and my bill came out twice as big. This garage is a place which scams people for money, they do not perform the service that is asked of them and still charge. Avoid."
