"Booked in for a service last week. Picked my car up, paid and agreed to come back yesterday to get some additional work done before NCT. Arrived 40 minutes after supposed opening time to find the garage locked up. Multiple texts and calls ignored. Now this morning my number appears to have been blocked. So I will have to go to a more reputable mechanic to get the car serviced again (along with NCT work) as I can't trust anyone who'd treat a paying customer like that. Go here at your own peril."
"This garage is not the same since Jules is not there anymore. I got the car there for service and they did not even take note of my name and other details, never replied to my SMS messages and the phone number from Google search is not updated. I needed a bulb replacement together with service but when called me back after a week with poor communication they claimed my bulb cannot be fixed due to electric failure which was not true as I sent the car to another non electric mechanics and fixed the lights in 15 mins. While their prices are not abusive, their poor service made them not trustworthy this time."
