"Ask for a quote for entire reroof, forward over a very basic email. When asked to break down costs didn’t respond. Went into office to ask for cost was confronted with an agitated/annoyed response that I should be asking. Was told would forward end of day. Called next day to ask if they would give a break down and said NO. I should try else where. Really don’t understand the paranoid response seemed they were trying to hide there prices. Every other company have a full breakdown, delivery, vat, availability the lot.How do I know if you got the order right if you won’t share any details at all except the total cost.
