There was a communication issue between the office and dispatch on the first delivery attempt, but they were so polite. It was then rectified and the delivery guy kindly brought my order in to my back garden, which was a huge help. I couldn't thank him enough. Both guys were friendly and helpful. "Terrible service , sold me Artifical grass which is clearly damaged and not fit for purpose and then try and fob you off saying give it time to relax. You can clearly see the grass is faulty ! Jewsons should own up and take responsibility instead of trying to fob you off by a third party company."
