"16 hours ago-Edit left with a bitter taste. I am not happy with the level of customer service from this company and this has consequently left me feeling very frustrated. In the beginning everything was fine the ordering process was good. I booked a very simple morning (am) soil drop off for Monday the 8th of March. At this point everything is good. On the 8th I give them a courtesy call at 10.00am to see what time the order will turn up as it is supposed to turn up in the morning. The first thing they said to me is "it has not been loaded up yet". the second thing "they guy doing the deliveries is not back from his first run". I then say "is it going to be an (am) delivery then". they say "he will be back shortly and we will drop it off" . Okay no problem. Fast forward to 2.45pm. I am now a little fed up at this point so I ring them again and ask "when will the delivery happen"? The reply is "sorry he's not back yet". By now I have no time left to wait for them, having waited all day for a specified (am) delivery. So I say to them "is there a possibility to re-book the delivery for the following week on Monday the 15th"? Again with a specified (am) delivery. they say "no problem consider it done". Fast forward to today Monday the 15th of March. I have booked another day off work to wait for the soil delivery as I do not want a repeat of last week. I ring them at 9.00am and ask them "if the order is on its way" . I am told "it has not been loaded yet we will give you a ring back we are going to check with deliveries" they don't ring back. I really want to give them the benefit of the doubt so I patently wait for their call. This does not happen. At 10.45am I ring them again and I then ask "what time it is coming"? "is it loaded"? The reply is "no we are waiting for the chap to get back from his first deliveries and he should be back shortly I will go and check and get back to you". At 11.10am they do finally get back to me and I then ask them again "is it going to be an afternoon delivery"? they say "yes mate". At this point I say "It`s not loaded is it"? they say "no" At this point I then request a refund. This is done very quickly and efficiently. I am very unhappy with this company and will not recommend them in the future to anyone because of the level of customer care they have provided. I feel If you can`t fulfil an order no matter how big or how small then don't take it. I do not normally complain but feel I need to after the way I have been treated. I am very busy at this point in time and do not have the time to be messed about. This company has cost me two days of holiday that I had to book off and can't get back."

"Really great company - efficient, deliver when they say they can, helpful and informative - I thoroughly recommend them. Just need to say that they are not too hot on picking up material that is unused - I have been waiting for over a week now - but that is the only criticism I have. Adding this one two weeks later - all material has been picked up (I do actually live in a very difficult access road so it wasn't easy) and they have credited my credit card quickly and totally satisfactorily for the returned excess slabs. ."
