"Food is always tasty, but the staff tend to get orders wrong more times than not or forget to bring you items you ordered. I know you guys get busy, but we waited over 20 mins for brown toast that we'd previously had to ask twice for during a very quiet lunch service. We love coming here for food, but it is frustrating sometimes."
"It was a regular Tuesday (school break) morning time and we’re not crowded. The service was quick and pleasant, attentive to details. My daughter got colouring page and crayons on her arrival, and she was busy while waiting. Her pancakes with strawberries and Nutella were fresh, hot and looks creative on the plate. My porridge took a little bit longer but worth it, all berries were freshest and premium quality with honey on side. We asked for water for my daughter and pleasant surprise arrived in a nice (milkshake) cup with a straw, this type of attention to detail was highlight of our visit. It was really nice, warm and welcomed breakfast."
"Just had breakfast and definitely wouldn’t return. The veggie breakfast was miserable, poached eggs were rock hard and the omelette at €15 looked like it was taken out of the bin and was so dry. Really disappointed."
"I ate here two weeks ago with a friend. The girl that served us was friendly and attentive. However the food was far from satisfactory. We both had separate toasted sandwiches with egg and bacon. We asked for medium egg but it was very runny (I know this isn’t a major issue) but the food was cold. We also shared pancakes with bacon and this was cold too. I sent it back because of the temperature and all the chef did was stick it in the microwave instead of the pan or making a new one. The pancakes were actually still cold when it returned and also very dry by this stage. Overall we were very disappointed with the food after having eaten here before. Instead of complaining on a google review I send two messages on FB but two weeks later never received a response."
"I’ve hesitated to leave a review but my disappointment is still here. Went on the website to check the vegan options, happy, we decide to go to the nearest LMNH. Arrived there, only one option.. price went from 7€ for a vegan breakfast to 11.95€ for the same breakfast (7 online, 11.95 at the store). I decide to take it anyway to see what’s it’s worth. Tomatoes cold, some homemade fries barely cooked. The whole lot looking like no ingredients has to touch the other, mean by that it’s all in small plastic pot on the plate. Doesn’t look very appealing. Americano? Taste like burnt coffee. I can’t put photos for whatever reasons but between the website and the store the difference is too big and so is the disappointment. Music too loud (the bass mostly) so everyone is shouting over the music to make sure you can hold a conversation, just give up and eat in silence and have your chat outside. Trust me. At least the staff seemed to have fun, which is a good point at least. Won’t come back, nor recommend unfortunately."
