"Worst customer service from a company that I have ever received!! *READ BELOW* Delivery was unsuccsessful 3 times and when I was contacting the company for information the attitude I received on the phone from multiple staff was disgusting, it seems like they forget that we are customers actually purchasing the items they are selling. I paid for these items upfront and I had to wait close to two months for a delivery after I was told it would only be two weeks from purchase date. I encountered issues such as "items were ordered in, but have now been dispatched elsewhere (what sort of excuse is that)" and my personal favourite has to be the classic "order not correctly placed in the system (after I physically watched him do it over the counter in store). On delivery of the items I purchased there were items missing and I have had an absolute nightmare trying to get these delivered to me after inital delivery. Everyone working there seems absolutely clueless about my order and when the product becomes available. Even the delivery driver confirmed there were items missing.... the company were then in denial that I was even telling the truth about missing items on my delivery? Absolute joke. It actually amazes me how this store remains open. After seeing some other reviews I genuinely think people have written reviews about the wrong store. I will not be purchasing anymore products from here and I strongly reccomend anyone else to think twice and look elsewhere!! What a dissapointment and utter shambles!!!!!"
