"Previously purchased a large quantity of Country Red Smooth bricks from here. Called back to buy just 16 bricks to finish building my wall. They had none in stock and told me that they didn't know when they would have more in. Disappointing to say the least. Also, 3 months ago I purchased 12 Staffordshire blue solids to use as pillar caps. On collection only 8 were suitable, all others had large burn marks on them. I was told by the sales staff that I would have to wait until they had more in. Time has gone on and I have phoned and called several times, only to be told they haven't had any in. I called again today (03/07/2019) and was told that the manager isn't in until tomorrow to deal with my request for the 4 Staffordshire blue solids I am owed. I have been very patient until now. 3 month wait for 4 bricks, you couldn't write it. Very poor customer service."
