"Was seen today with an emergency appointment. Dr Shah explained what she was doing throughout the procedure and she had a very calming and friendly manner, which really helped as I get quite anxious when having dental treatment. One thing that could be improved is the booking system. I was told to phone at 8.40 and I tried 12 times to get through but each time as soon as the call was put through I was hung up on, probably as the receptionist was on another line. Maybe a system where you go into a queue would work better? But once I got through I managed to get an appointment. So all good."
