"I recently had an appointment for a routine check up. The dentist who saw me was delightful and informative and kept fully appraised of what she was doing. Furthermore, having a hearing problem, the surgical masks sometimes make it difficult to hear what is being said. She made a real effort to make sure I heard it all. Thank you."

"On both appointments dentist was late, my appointment was at 8.00 am & my dentist actually arrived at 8.15. My second appointment was for 3pm did not get called in until 3.30, even the receptionist had to ask if I had been seen. This dentist was recommended to me as previously NHS not impressed with private practice so far & so expensive. The temporary crown I had was so sharp on one side had to go & have it ground down a little more after spending 90 minutes in the chair for one tooth. To be told I may need a root canal this was not advised on first initial check up with x rays. do I need to go on."

"I switched to Damira Bank Buildings Practice a few years ago, and have been incredibly impressed by the quality of care. I've had far fewer problems with treatments provided, and have needed fewer treatments in the first place - not just coincidental timing, I don't think. I also find that I'm less uncomfortable during treatment. Medical staff are extremely professional, and all in all I have a lot of confidence in them, although (as sadly seems fairly common in healthcare settings) some (far from all) reception staff could perhaps benefit from a distinct attitude shift. I'd recommend the practice without hesitation, though."

I arrived before my appointment time and virtually went in straight away, leaving the dentist before the time of my appointment time!. Damira have also their frozen prices."
