"What a complete star Neil is (I'm hoping it was Neil who came to my rescue - if not, it'll be the other knight). Happened to be in Horsford visiting a friend when my drivers side window decided to do a disappearing act. With temperatures at freezing point and the likelihood of more bad weather to come, not to mention home being a 40 minute drive away, my friend suggested I pay a visit to the industrial estate. Having no knowledge of any mechanics in the area I attempted knocking on the door of the first one I came across, not really taking notice of what else was around. Having stood there for around 5 minutes and no answer a lady from across the way called over and advised where best to knock, still no reply. Actually I am glad now that this was the case as I happened to look across and see NJS, and realised that they too were Autoservices. So I wandered over, explained the situation and asked if there were any possibility of helping me out. The phone was ringing and it looked like a very busy establishment but that didn't stop Neil from putting all of that aside and coming to my aide. He fixed my window and sent me on my way with a watertight and warm car, and for that I am extremely grateful. It is great to know that there are still people out there who are willing to go that extra mile, it may not seem like the biggest thing but to me it was the greatest. Thank you so much, I'm forever grateful :)"
