"Within the first three months had engine management light appear on the car turned out to be a turbo problem they had the car for a month sorting that and child lock sensors get the car back drive approx 500 miles engine management light back on same problem with turbo. To then be told my warranty has ran out (even though its a failed repair which is covered by consumer rights) and I have to pay for all repairs. Wont use car store norwich again!!"

"I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I have received from Norwich Car Store since the sale of my car. I was very pleased with the process of buying the vehicle and found it to be clear and easy to understand. However, trying to understand how to claim and actually claim under the warranty has been a nightmare. I utterly regret purchasing the additional guarantee for peace of mind. I have received no peace of mind at all. Four weeks after trying to sort out the issues, it is still not clear how this process works, my calls are not being returned, and I have found out that some issues on my car which I purchased with 26k on the clock are considered wear and tear. Should my claim actually get approved, only half of labour costs are covered (as garages charge twice that in the policy), but garages refuse to deal with warranty firms due to the hoops they have to jump through in order to receive payment, and im still unclear whether i could be reimbursed for part of the cost of repairs. This is not peace of mind or continuing the great customer service experience that you provided during sale process! For this reason, I would not purchase any additional warranty or others product through the carstore again."

"I asked a simple question online about warranty twice and received no reply in over a week. When I phoned they said someone would phone back in a few minutes. They never did. I phoned again with my query. When a slaws man eventually phoned back he didn’t know the answer. Hadn’t even been told the question. He said he’d find out and phone back in a few minutes. He never did. I gave up."

"Really easy process, great service by Luke who even came in on his day off to get our car to us on time. Dropped a star because we requested a valet on specific items and they weren’t done by the valeter, not major but not a 5* service as a result. Sadly 4 months on and things have gone wrong with the car that should’ve been picked up in the service CarStore did. Out of warranty so stuck with the cost of repair."

"I was greated by a very nice young lady at the reception desk. Good customer service, on a large site, the company holds around 16,000 cars in total around the UK, with a good aftercare plan. I was told they can get any car on there website delivered to the branch for £99. They have around 160 cars delivered per week to there Norwich branch. There is a big customer carpark, customer toilets. I guess it all depends on your budget"
