"Had a colour and cut bleached my hair left it in for 2 hrs to long which burnt my scalp and put colour on which I asked for a darker red came out way lighter than expected then cut my hair when it was dry and only cut the back did not do the top and the sides had the cheek to charge me 90 quid for a trainee shocking!"
