"Rang up to ask if they could fit me in for waxing and I was told if I could get there in the next 5 minutes they could. Rushed down, waited for 15 minutes for the ‘beautician’ to walk in and tell me she had to pop out again and that she was going to be 15-20 more minutes, making it 40 minutes from the time I was told I’d be fit in in 5 minutes. The store is shabby looking, and there is 0 customer service skill in that place at all. Highly recommend avoiding this place. Plenty of other far more professional beauty places in Neath, go to one of those!"
"If I could give no stars I would the technician was inexperienced didn’t even know how to file my nails and was reading her notes on how to do extensions and one of the nails faced to the side with overlapping and glue stuck to my skin and acrylic stuck under my nails and didn’t do the infills please avoid at all cost !!!!"
