"No returns- credit notes only, be careful buying in this shop"
"Celine was a fantastic help. I bought a dress, jeans and a top. She had a great sense of style and knew better than I did what suited me. Serena have some great brands. It was a most enjoyable experience and I look forward to going back again."
"Terrible experience today in the store. I will never shop here again. Have been a regular customer for a long time there but not any more. I bought an 'I Say' pink jacket there a few days ago and returned it with labels etc in tacked. This was fine and the retail person noted my reasoning. She then proceeded to pick out dresses for me and I was feeling a bit of pressure, I said I would probably find something myself and she backed off a bit. I then tried on some clothes but the sizes were not right. I really felt pressure to buy something to cover the credit on the returned item. I came out of the dressing room and had a lot of clothes in my hand and struggled to get them back in the right place. I then asked another retail person if she would help me with it and she begrudgingly took the clothes from me. I was feeling kind of awful and felt the atmosphere there was that I had returned something so I would be getting anything else on credit! I thought to myself this is not a place I would like to be again so picked up a bag and said I'd take that. The bag was E139.99 and the credit was that less 20% or there about. The retail person (who said that there was 20% off everything until Sunday when I arrived in the shop) clocked it in at E139.99. I asked her about the 20% discount and she said it was not on bags! At this point I just wanted out! The retail person took out a scissors and started to cut the price tag and label off the bag. She saw me looking at this and said she was only trying to help me. I asked her to leave the label on the bag and she replied that there was no return on bags! Then she proceeded with putting the bag into the cotton purse the bag and handed me the bag - without a bag from the boutique! She then asked me if I had a loyalty card. I got upset and said to her that I was a loyal customer and had been shopping in the boutique for a long time. She asked me my name and checked it on the computer. She then proceeded to ask me what my mobile number was. Then she could see I was upset and started calling me by my name and told me that I would get the 20% off the bag. I asked if that matched the credit I had from the jacket and she said it did-although there was E1 more in credit than what the bag cost. I said I didn't care and she didn't seem to mind either. WORSE EXPERIENCE for a long time. Went home sad....well went over to Supervalu centre shoe shop and bought nice shoes!!!! I have read my post a few times and was reluctant to post this but honestly I feel I have to."
"Absolutely fantastic, the lady yesterday evening was so helpful. I got a fabulous dress which I wouldn't have thought suited me. First time shopping there and I will be back"
