"My elderly mother (81) purchased two items valued at €500 for my upcoming wedding. At home she realized jacket wasn't quite a match for the theme. This shop would not refund or exchange. While this is not a legal requirement, a credit note would be minimum gesture, but nothing. When Mum said she no longer wanted the jacket the lady promptly brought it to the back room and said there's nothing else she can do. The cheek to accept back the €350 jacket without credit note is appalling. It would be back on shelf and resold. Pure robbery. Will never pass this door again. AVOID!"
