"Traumatized, Traumatized, Traumatized, my wife was upset and shaking when we left the shop!!!!!!!!!!!!, - I promised to buy my wife a pair of ECCO shoes, and upon entering the shop there was one customer in the shop who quickly left, so we were the only customers there, the two staff members appeared highly strung, firstly the bench that customers sit on to try out shoes, they refused to let us sit on them, preferring us to sit beside the front door, they said that sitting on the other benches would clutter the shop for other customers, (but there were no other customers in the shop), bearing in mind we were spending β¬ 435.00 Euro in this shop, we thought that this was a bit odd but we over looked this, next we agreed to purchase four pairs of shoes but this shop has very limited stock, so we had to settle for three pairs and for the fourth pair to be posted out from a different shop, one girl from Brazil (Stephanie?) took over looking after us (she was helpful and nice), but the other Girl was controlling her and rushing her, an (Irish) couple entered the shop and sat on the bench that we wished to sit on and nothing was said to them, (this other Staff member was from South African, but we don't know her name, I paid for one pair of shoes for my wife with one debit card and my wife wished to pay for the other three pairs with her debit card, BUT they didn't have the three pairs only two, one needed to be posted out, my wife was asked at the counter to write down her address and they must have our post code! I explained An Post does not use "post codes" but they said it was company policy! as the householder, I supplied our "post code", but after giving same the other Girl insisted that Stephanie, look up our post code to make sure I was giving the right one, then as the other girl was still serving the Irish Couple, she interjected over Stephanie again, who was serving me/us, would it be possible for me to pay for the goods, but I answered that Stephanie needed as she said, to check with the other shop, if they actually had the last pair of shoes that we were being asked to pay, for! This (South African) Girl is unsuitable in this shop, she is not serving but she is controlling those staff members that are, I told her to calm down and that she could learn quite a lot from the other Girl (Stephanie), she was not happy with this, my wife was now angry and shaking to the extent that she could enter her pin number into the card reader, only that my wife refuses to go shopping in the city centre and it is hard enough to get to visit a shoe shop, I would have cancelled the complete sale, - my wife is a non EU National but I am Irish and there was an borderline hint of discrimination about this whole episode. - ecco store the pavilions swords"
