"Staff are rude and wouldnt put themselves out! Was to pick up a online purchase, I asked one of the floor staff could she pick it up as the que was very long. She had told me I would have to que as all their machines were down . So I asked another sales assistant and she was able to do her job unlike the assistant manager. Very poor service"
