"Absolutely terrible. Took the car there on a Friday, had a phone call to say they could get the part for Monday and quoted £240. Part arrived Monday but they couldn’t have the car in until Wednesday. Took the car in Wednesday morning and received a phone call a few hours later to pick it up. My wife went down to pick up the car and suddenly the price is £375. After a discussion with the owner he seemed oblivious as to who would be giving out quotes and he could not remember doing it himself. Basically holding the vehicle hostage until the bill was paid. Absolute rip off and would advise anyone to avoid like the plague."
