"I needed new suspension fitted to my car. I was supplying the parts so just needed the parts fitted. I phoned 3 local garages and was given quotes between £120-£150 to complete the work but unfortunately all 3 local garages were booked up for the next 2 weeks. I called Mike English and they told me to bring the car in the next day as they were quiet. I said great I’ll drop the car off in the morning. When I collected the car he give me a bill of £390 so £240 more than the highest quote I’d received from other garages. Bare in mind this was labour only as I supplied the parts. 2 hours work for nearly £400! Equates to £200 per hour labour. Biggest rip offs in Neath by far."

My car was booked in very quickly and I was really satisfied with the work. The staff were very helpful and I found the cost more than reasonable.
