"After carrying out all the necessary work to pass my MOT, I took the car back and they failed it yet again for something I’d fixed, I pointed this out and they said I would have to come back another day. So I went to collect my car and literally pointed at what had been fixed, they said it was a mistake on their behalf and they would fix it. I then saw my car being ragged down the back roads of swansea as it was taken to a run down MOT centre to be retested. They passed it however they added two things to the advisories list that had apparently not been there a week ago. Overall shambolic experience with rude, unprofessional staff that don’t know how to treat customers, or their cars with respect."
