"I used to go there all the time either before work or or on my days off, however lately I don't know if they've had a change of staff but one guy was incredibly rude on entry (instead of explaining new covid rule changes in a clear manner), then told me to go to a table in the corner and didn't come to take my order after 15 minutes of waiting and them not exactly looking busy. For that reason I'll start using one of the other supermarket cafes from now on."
"Llansamlet tesco cafe diabolical service worst ever coffee have ask for hot coffee and your lucky to get it luke warm and a female member of staff always blames the machine when it's always her fault. No more. No shopping. Happy New attitude"
"So came in this morning for a breakfast , what can I say , egg is practically raw , sausage raw in the middle tomato shriveled up and dry bacon looks like it's been left out for 3 weeks , the breakfast was barely warm . They were good enought to replace the egg with an overcooked one , Very disappointed"
"Me and my sister have been to this cafe a few days ago and ordered a mango smoothie and a pink lemonade. We was served by Shannon, which seemed not to have a good attitude on the day but we put it down to being busy and we thought that she probably had a bad day at work. I have been working in customer service for over 12 years and i know that some days are not as good as others but still, your customers come first and at least try and put on a smile or just drop the attitude. The drinks were lovely and my sister decided that she would love a mango smoothie too. We tried them in a different shop and they wasn't as nice as Tescos. So here we are again, we went to the cafe to get two mango smoothies. As soon as we entered the cafe, Shannon noticed us and had her normal moody face and bad attitude and when we asked if they have any mango smoothies, she said no. I kinda dont believe that, as it was early in the morning. She probably didn't want to serve us. We ordered two watermelon smoothies instead which were served with an attitude again. So today we went to try again. As usual, Shannon was there with her foul attitude and moody face on. We asked for two mango smoothies and she went to do them. A gentleman that i believe is a regular was waiting to be served by the till and when she came out he asked her "where you been?" at which she replied with " TO MAKE THESE STUPID THINGS" which she put down quite forceful in front of me. Shocking and disgusting attitude again. I requested a couple of lids "for the stupid things that I've ordered" and she just threw them in front of me. Wow! I have managed a few places in my catering years and let me tell you this: this attitude is unacceptable. You dont like to work with customers find a different profession. Come on Tesco! You can do better than that."
