My car failed on emissions but the tester took the time to let me 're test the car on the emissions testing machine after I had attempted to remedy the issue. After the third time I had been in to have a go on the emissions machine he booked me in at the end of that day, staying late so I could get my mot certificate and be able to continue to use my car to get to work. Wonderful service, he went above and beyond for me."
