"I had some reasonably extensive work done with my front speakers. Sadly it turned into quite the ordeal. After my first appointment, the doors were not properly put together. While taking the front of the door of, I discovered that the installer did not install the speakers properly. The passive filters where just loosely thrown between door and moisture barrier, and the custom MDF speaker mounts where not installed at all (despite paying for it). At my second appointment, after going over the issues, i was told that they need 45 minutes to fix the issues, which they couldn't do that day. My third and last visit was scheduled for 45min to fix all the issues... It turned into 3.5h and a complete rebuild of the prior work. Everything was fixed in the end. In the end, it took the better part of 11h, including driving back and forth, to get what I paid for."
