"No option to call and discuss parts required. Hard to know what parts to order if you’re not a mechanic and hence wrong parts suggested through email contact plus delays in email response. Ignored requests for call. Just Kampers have listened to customers me resumes calls, very helpful and knowledgable so will use them in future. Shame as VW Heritage we our go to for all our vans prior to going online only. Disappointing, backward step guys."
"Got a set of wheels from them online very prompt service and very good value, delighted with them. On another note ive ordered a master cylinder for a 1303 paid for in early November and still not received, im getting notifications that its in stick and on the way, im also getting emails to say i haven't ordered it and they can't find the order most of my emails im not getting a reply to plus the number shown is no longer available. So still no further forward on my oder, looks like i may need to oreder elsewhere."
"As always an exceptional service from VW Heritage. Placed several large orders during 'Black Friday' and everything arrived far earlier than I expected. Great care is taken with packaging and accuracy of orders. Great job."
"Absolutely brilliant. I have been rebuilding a VW Kombi for the last couple of years and even though I am in Australia and we have a couple of local parts companies here, Heritage Parts are still the cheapest, they have more parts in stock than local companies and the shipping is excellent. I have easily ordered at least 15 shipments to Australia and my latest $2000+ order got here in perfect condition. All orders have been expertly packed in sturdy boxes, bubble wrap and paper padding and I have never had anything arrive damaged. First class and highly recommended, plus you should see the Kombi! She is looking stunning with Heritage Parts!"
"Customer service is diabolical. Went to the place for some advice about parts they had sold and the warehouse staff have absolutely no knowledge of cars. One of them told us he doesn’t even drive and that the people that do know anything about cars just sit upstairs all day and don’t interact with customers. They gave me a number to call which dialled out, then they said that all customer service is now done entirely online, which wasn’t helpful in the slightest. I asked if they had a washer that was the same size as the one in my hands, they said I had to look online and order for collection, instead of heading to their section and looking for an identical washer. I had better luck on Amazon. The ones that they came out with were half the size that were needed. Overall a bad experience from start the finish. The website is clunky and hard to navigate through their extensive list of items. The only good thing I have to say is that they stock pretty much everything that you need for these classic cars. It’s a shame that the help, advice and customer service has completely gone out the window and you are now only faced with warehouse pickers and packers. Such a shame."
