"Visited this place to get my car looked at and if honest I have to say despite being pleased with the work that was finished 2 days later than scheduled, I was disappointments with the overall service received as updates weren't given, unless I called in.. Despite finding the staff friendly, I base a review on the overall experience. Was advised the work under taken would take a day to do, but it ended up being 2 days and costing an additional £55 in fuel costs as had to borrow a car for work, but also the fact the first error was fitting the wrong part in to begin with. As someone who works with a car it is vitally important for me to be able to trust the time keeping skills of any garage I use to avoid being out of pocket. Now that the car has been collected and working as it should do, I feel a 3 star review is a fair stance to go in at as the work is met with expectations as a customer I would expect, but lack of communication is what let things down drastically and led to improvising in order to still be able to continue to work."

"Not used this garage before, but had an exhaust issue and dropped the car into Autofit as it was the closest garage. Really impressed. Very helpful front desk, spotlessly clean garage, they had it up on a ramp within 5 mins, explained what was required and quickly provided a quote. James was extremely helpful and professional and kept us updated on progress whilst waiting for a supplier to let us know when a part was available. Cannot recommend this place enough based on this experience. Will be my go to place from know on."
