"Sadly not great. Travelled miles to get the part that was in stock online, staff a bit surly, just to be told part was not in stock and their database was incorrect. An hour later I got a text saying it was ready to pick up - which it wasn't!"
"Absolutely useless, ordered for a click and collect and asked Scott to check if it's the correct part before I purchased (registration), refused to check if the part I had ordered was correct! Later I find it was an incorrect part, they didn't want to refund me as I had lost my invoice. I had my collection number and bank statement and still refused to help, My local GSF Brighton brunch was very helpful they did print me my invoice and finally got a refund."
