"Costa coffee in next. Waited for five minutes only to be told no seating available, by a very snotty employee. Obviously they have covid rules of no more than five in the shop. Which is apparently necessary and not displayed, however the attitude and bad customer service, is not. Went across the road to Asda, and got coffee at 25% off. Imagine I wasn't the only one. ...."
"They do not stock 13-16 year old clothes at this store!!!!! Isn't that age discrimination? The staff tell you to order online to collect next day, which is BS; after I paid, they emailed me that two of the three items I ordered for my daughter marked as "in stock" online would take 4 weeks to be delivered to store. So, I asked for a refund. "Sorry, we can not do this until the orders reach the stores"!!!! What total BS. So, I now have a process against Next to get my money back. My recommendation is to avoid this store like the plague."
"This is a small clothing shop. With an added coffee shop inside. Ground floor has ladies clothing. Upstairs has mens fashions and also home furnishings. There is a Costa coffee shop upstairs. Toilets are situated upstairs by the coffee shop. These are reached by a staircase."
