"No delivery to bn9 areas disgusting I am a heart patient and we try to support you but you wouldn't even deliver a settie or chair to my home from brighton which is closer than Eastbourne what's the deal here ??"
"Came in to the store on Sunday and found a lovely coffee table with no price attached, asked the very nice cashier how much it was and he said it had just come in so had no price yet. He then told me that because their internet system was down he couldn’t generate a price for me but could hold it for me until their internet is back up and running. I told him that I’d take the table no matter what the price was but he said he wouldn’t be able to put it through yet. So he added a note to the table with my name and details on. I rang back on Monday afternoon and the lady on the phone told me that the internet was still down so I still wouldn’t be able to make the purchase, I rang back today (Wednesday) and was told that the coffee table has now been sold! But I reserved it!? I kindly said this to the woman, the cashier from Sunday even stuck a note on it with my name and details! “We don’t do reservations” I was told by the lady on the phone. What a complete waste of time… Why even have the shop open if you can’t take payments for items? And why offer to reserve items for people if you’re just going to sell them on 2 days later!?"
"Nice stuffs but needs to work on delivery, my items were delivered twice because they forgot packing some parts, and still waiting for the third delivery due to same reason. Staffs need to be more patient on phone, one just told me," you need to change your attitude as I'm trying to help". Oh..you shouldn't expect me to laugh with you after making the same mistake twice. You sure have the receipt of all items bought with you, why not use that to avoid delivering wrong or incomplete items."
"Walked in. Spotted an office chair. Brought office chair for £10. Wheeled that bad boi home. Nice. Staff are friendly and it's discounted goods for a good cause. You can't go wrong"
"If I could give 0 stars, I would. Shockingly unprofessional customer service from the lady who served me at the till.. including failing to tell me the crazy delivery price and charging me without asking and then laughing in my face when I queried it. To top things off, I arranged delivery for the next day to fit around my work schedule and was given a 4 hour delivery time period, which is fine. My item hadn't arrived within the time slot so I decided to give the shop a ring to see if there are any issues and I was told that my delivery was actually scheduled for a completely different day."
