"I had two woodburners fitted in my home and converted a fireplace in my bedroom that had been boarded up. I absolutely love all 3. I wanted 3 different approaches to the project and all bespoke to how I wanted the rooms. Laurence takes complete interest in what you want and gives great aesthetic advice based on the type of property. My bedroom fireplace has an internal socket hidden away so lit with copper lights inside and no trailing wires. All 3 are perfect for the space and I don’t think you would get those kind of results with a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Laurence wants to do the best job for you but is always busy so if you need a fully personal and bespoke job then you have to bear with him! My burners have been in for Christmas and this winter and they are the best thing ever. Thanks Laurence you did a fabulous job."

"AAAAA - absolutely first class five star service! Laurence is very knowledgeable and works hard to deliver the best service both during and after installation. He installed a system for me that works exactly as planned - one of the common mistakes that people make is not considering the delivery, storage and additional work of managing solid fuel. Since installation Laurence has been out to solve minor issues and on one occasion when i called at 5.30pm with a jammed pump, he was with me within 45 minutes on his way home and fixed it so I had heating and hot water on a winter's night - you cant get better than that!"
