"Received my made to measure waistcoat and it is amazing. It’s a bit too big and they said they will amend for free, but am taking it to my local to get it fitted correctly. The reason I have given them 4 stars was the presentation how I received it. It was sent in a plain padded envelope. I was hoping it came in a nice presentation box considering it’s was custom made for £154. That aside the service and quality of the waste cost is amazing."

"I placed a large order with Wales Tartan Centres for my family to wear at our Mum's funeral. I requested expedited shipping and explained that I was in the USA and had a deadline. Daniel Collins from the Wales Tartan Centres actually called me immediately after I placed the order....and by the way, it was very late in the evening in Wales, to assure me he had the order and to offer his condolences. He put my order together quickly and e-mailed me to let me know it was on the way with a tracking number as well. I am forever grateful to Daniel for going above and beyond with this order.
