"Enjoy there chicken balls and prawn crackers and omelette Is lovely"
"Food was disgusting. I ordered a spice bag meal and I got food poisoning. Never ordering from here again"
"Never again will I order from them. Food takes over an hour to arrive then I'm abused verbally at my door by him. Disgusting behaviour you need to have a sit down with your staff. Leaving customers shaking!"
"Disappointed to say this place has really gone downhill. Once regular customers, we finally got fed up getting poor quality and bad or poor tasting food deliveries from here. Tried to speak to owner only to have your word disputed and when seeking a refund for inedible food they tell you to BRING BACK the opened food to them - what?! Any "restaurant" that does this I would be incredibly concerned about their overall business conduct/ hygiene standards, not to mention their attitude to known loyal customers. Incidently we did just this once we took said order back out of our kitchen bin just to get our refund which took about 25 mins of arguing over and a car journey of 20mins. One only hopes that they wouldnt try resell that food. We will never return, now that we know what this business is about."
"I have ordered spice bags, curries, chow méin etc from swords garden plenty of times and it's always tasty. This time I ordered the wonton soup, veggie hofen and dim sum dumpling combo platter which includes 3 shrimp dumplings, 3 pork and 2 bbq pork buns. Veggie hofen was fine but quite oily, the broth in the wonton soup was great but the wontons were very spongey and flavourless. The dumpling platter was a massive disappointment. Best not offering a dish unless you're going to do it right. The dumplings were flavourless and spongey and the bbq pork bun was the same. Massive waste of money. Think ill stick to the popular items on the menu in future."
