"My experience at the Levis store in Brighton was absolutely brilliant. I really struggle to find jeans that I feel confident in, and I usually find the experience really stressful. But the assistant in the store really took her time with me to explain all of the different styles and got so many pairs for me to try. In the end, I said I really liked the jeans she was wearing, and she said the style was actually in the men's section (The Stay Loose fit), so I tried them on, which I never would have done without her help, and they looked fantastic and so cool!! They were a little too long for me, and she said she would see if the in-store seamstress could take them up, which she did super quickly as I was about to leave Brighton on a trip the same day! I never usually write reviews, but I just wanted to say how happy I was with the service from the staff in store. Thank you !!"

"I am extremely disappointed with my experience of this store today. I had 3 pairs of jeans that I was hoping to have altered, I was told by another store that this would be possible. I called the Brighton store twice during the day to confirm the opening times with the staff - they assured me as per their Google listing that the store would not close until 7pm. Despite this being my closest store, I still live an hours drive away. I rushed down to the store after work, arriving with plenty of time at 6pm. To my dismay, the shutters were down. There were 4 employees gathered by the counter, looking at me through the shutters. Not one of them attempted to come and speak to me but mouthed through the shutters that they were closed, not allowing me to explain why I was there and that I had already confirmed this with one of their staff earlier in the day. I was then forced to leave without having booked my jeans in to be altered and return to my car for the hours drive home. I have been left out of pocket for 2 hours worth of petrol and a £4 parking fee (despite only being out of the car about 15 minutes!), and at the end of all this I have still not been able to have my jeans altered! Abismal customer service and communication, do not go to the Brighton store if you're looking for even a smidge of good customer service. Thanks Levi's for a wonderful Friday night out."
