"We have had deliveries since this place opened. Loved the food. Had a few mix ups where they forgot things of the order ect and let it go. Third time it happened, rice was missing and Nan was stone cold, we rang and the women on the phone said the next order would be on them. So we rang for the order, she started by saying yes she remembered and had written it down. Then back tracked and said she could not replace the order. Very bad customer service and what a shame because the food was nice. Now lost ours and our family and friends custom purely due to poor customer service to loyal customers. Will never return."
"This was the first time we'd ordered from here and to be honest it wasn't great, but we may give them a second chance sometime. We ordered 2 poppadoms, dips, lamb rogan josh, chicken korma and plain nann. It took just under 2hrs for the order to arrive. We did ring twice within that time to find out how long it was going to be & was told each time it was.on its way. When we did eventually get it, the rogan josh was the hottest I've ever tasted. It was too hot for me to eat and this is usually my "go to" when having a curry. I think 3 stars is a good reflection of our experience."
"We ordered x2 curries x2 rices and a nan bread - would recommend having a nan bread each not quite big enough to share. Curry came rather quickly and tasted amazing! Excellent meat to sauce ration & the egg fried rice was phenomenal. 100% will be ordering again. - hoping to dine in one night"
"Had takeaways which are always 1st class. Invited to their opening, thoroughly enjoyed the food. A few teething problems with staff but the experience will come each day, they were all polite, pleasant and smiling, a lively welcome. Can't wait to go again. Well done all of you!"
