"Having grown up in the area it has been many years since visiting the butchers Arms. I have to say I was really pleased and pleasantly surprised following my visit. There has been a lot of work to bring the pub up to a high standard. The pub is owned by joules brewery now and a wide range of quality real ales are sold. Food is also sold although I did not eat there. Clean and tidy environment with friendly staff."
