"Had a value box with 3 pieces of chicken. The chicken was burnt. When my partner rang up the person was rude and said when the driver comes to give you fresh chicken can you give the old chicken back to him. He said we would have to wait half an hour for it to be delivered. I took it back to the shop myself to show them. The manager was very rude and patronising. I asked for a refund and for the delivery charge to be refunded too. He threw the money into my hand."
