I have called and complained twice but they don't do anything about it. Tonight was my last to see if it arrived even slightly warm, but no I had to microwave it again. If you can't collect it, your food will be stone cold. Little tip,, get more delivery drivers to help folks get their food whilst it's still hot"
"Not great placed order at 5.30pm said 45 mins delivery 6.30pm rang as not turned up to say it will be a couple of mins. Rang again at 6.50pm as still not turned up to be told he has 2 deliveries so should be with us shortly. Food arrived at 7.05pm items missing no food order for my son food that did arrive hard dry chips and dried food. Not the delivery driver fault. Went to give food back and he said have it. Went straight in the bin . Menu now ripped up and in the bin. Would not recommend"
