"Booked here on a whim looking for a good Friday meal. And of course it being the Ivy you can always expect good food. But the service from an Italian fella was fantastic. Recommendations, guidance and always on point. The service is as amazing as the food, and considering the food is exceptional, that's saying something. There were blankets on offer for outside seating too which took me back to many trips abroad. So thank you!"
"Had a wonderful afternoon tea last week with a friend. We booked 3 weeks in advance as its very popular. The day before the Ivy called to check we were taking afternoon tea and any dietary requirement. We had a warm welcome and wad taken to our seat, decor stunning, service excellent and food yummie. Had 2 rounds of sandwiches, was well looked after. Not rushed. Toilets are quirky and worth a visit. Lovely afternoon tea, highly recommend."
"It was a lovely mid morning and we were thinking of sitting outside but it was a bit windy. So we sat inside which was wonderful as all the lovely and classic decor to enjoy. The food was perfect too and service was on point. We all had a great experience. Definitely recommended."
"Really nice restaurant in the lanes. Food is excellent and service is very good and attentive. Menu choice is good and covers a wide range of dishes for all. Only slight disappointment was the welcome on arrival. As it was busy, people had to wait squeezed up in the entrance lobby until table ready. Would have been nice to be guided to bar to wait. Other than this a great experience."
